We are a professional shooting club affiliated to the Karnataka State Rifle Association with two international level 10 Meter air conditioned indoor air Rifle and Pistol shooing range’s in JP Nagar 1st Phase in Bangalore. We have world class rifles and pistols with electronic targets for training along with best in the world analytical tools like SCATT and Trace. We also have an in house gym and have regular professional yoga sessions to condition both body and mind.
About the Sport
10 meter air rifle and pistol shooting is an International Shooting Sports Federation (ISSF) recognized Olympic level shooting event, shot over a distance of 10 meters (32.80 feet) from a standing position with a 4.5 mm (0.177 in) caliber air gun.
It is primarily an individual sport that can be taken up professionally at any age and it requires the utmost focus and dedicated practice to hone the skills. Regularly practicing shooting is proven to have several benefits that will hold you steady and improve the quality of your everyday life.

Builds physical discipline: In an age of increased inactivity either at office or home, this sport can help build many physical disciplines that are not only healthy but enjoyable. Arm strength: Shooting a gun requires strong, sturdy arms and hands; in order to aim and shoot your target you must keep your hands and arms steady.

Strengthening the abdominal muscles allows the weight of the upper body to be evenly distributed over the front and back, improving balance.
Eyesight: Practicing your shooting can’t fix any eye deficiencies, but it can exercise the eye capabilities that you already have. By giving your eyes a break from staring at computers, TVs, phones and tablets, you will be relieving this eye stress.
Advances personal responsibility: Personal responsibility is taught throughout the shooting sports to advance both safety and skill development. Some people, shooting may seem like a very dangerous or scary thing to do. However, being trained properly is a great way to build confidence and courage.
Increases mental discipline: To the surprise of many, shooting sports are primarily mental sports. Experienced marksmen think sport shooting is 90% mental. Concentration levels are sharpened and expanded.
